Wholesalers here’s the problem:

How to turn your dead leads into cash deals.

When I first started in wholesaling back in the 90’s one day I turned around to throw something in the trash and I saw this pile of dead leads next to my trash can.

 

These were my dead leads because the seller wouldn’t take my low ball offer or the there wasn’t enough equity in the property to do the deal.

About 450 of them here. Normally I would have thrown them in the trash because I was tunneled into just wholesaling probably just like you are.

 

As soon as I saw them I knew something was wrong because it didn’t make any sense to work that hard and spend all that cash to find these leads only to trash 90% of them.

 

So, about 30 years ago I became a real estate transaction engineer by hiring mentors to teach me various real estate niches my favorite being Wholesale & Sandwich lease Options.

 

Now I could work with many of these dead leads.

 

My result was going back to the sellers and 84 of them did business with me using lease options for the most part as I didn’t have to make low ball offers and I could work with properties with little to no equity.

 

Back then the average deal was about $8,000 so you can times that by 84 to see how much cash I put in my pocket rather than in the trash can like you’re doing right now.

 

If you’d like to stop trashing your dead leads and get results like this then here’s my offer.
