My result was going back to the sellers and 84 of them did business with me using lease options for the most part as I didn’t have to make low ball offers and I could work with properties with little to no equity.
Back then the average deal was about $8,000 so you can times that by 84 to see how much cash I put in my pocket rather than in the trash can like you’re doing right now.
